Scope of the policy
It applies to the Ilmovas informational website alone. Personal data processed within the company’s tools and services for contracting parties is subject to the terms of the contracts concluded with them.
What we collect
Via the demonstration-request form: name, organisation, job title, email address, mobile number, subject of the request, and message text.
The Internet Protocol (IP) address and the time of submission are stored with the request, to protect the form against automated abuse.
The website does not provide user accounts, does not accept file uploads, and does not collect data other than what is stated.
Why we collect it
Form data is for responding to your request and communicating about it. This data is not used for marketing purposes, nor to build profiles about visitors.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on the company’s servers, and a notification of the request’s arrival is sent to the company email. It is not shared with external service providers for form processing, is not sold, and is not disclosed to any third party except pursuant to a legal request.
How long we keep it
Request data is retained for two years from the date of last contact regarding the request, then deleted. It is deleted earlier when its owner requests deletion, and there is no legal obligation to retain it.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, and withdrawal of your consent to its processing. Requests are directed to info@ilmovas.com.
Cookies
The website does not use cookies for tracking, nor visitor-behaviour analytics tools, nor does it place advertising content.
Policy amendments
This policy may be amended, and the version published on the website shall prevail.
